There is an ashtray on the terrace! Pets: Possible by prior arrangement Terms of payment: After the booking confirmation a deposit of 25% is due, the rest 21 days before arrival. In the case of short-term bookings, the total amount is due immediately. If the payments are not received on time, we reserve the right to reallocate the apartment. Cancellation conditions: Depending on the time of the declaration of cancellation (in writing by e-mail), the following costs arise from 14 days before the day of arrival 25%. 7 days before the day of arrival and no-show 50%.
